How could our intelligence community not get it, even after all this time? It is a GLOBAL jihad in play. Muslim countries are loosely affiliated so as to be able to take turns being our allies and terror victims so that we will rush in to train them and arm them and give them money and teach them our ways (know your enemy) and have our soldiers be picked off. Eventually, they will unite under the Mahdi they have developed. Our ONLY foreign aid should be our Army Corps of Engineers swarming in with military protection to HELP establish/rebuild infrastructures for the common people. Let's stop being the infidel fools the global jihad counts on us being.
