Let's Start an Initiative

Let's start an initiative:

We have a democracy that has as its foundations the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. No new laws can contradict the Constitution or Bill of Rights and still be legally enforceable. The checks and balances in the three branches of our government are meant to prevent power struggles and from straying from our foundations. The courts have the obligation to strike down unconstitutional laws. The legislatures have the limitations set by the Constitution and Bill of Rights. The President is not king and can be prosecuted for not upholding the Constitution and Bill of Rights. The people have the right and obligation to hold the government accountable under the Constitution and Bill of Rights. It is a global jihad view that democracy just means majority which can simply vote in Sharia law.

And, that is why it is the people's (our) obligation to hold the government, which includes the courts, accountable under the Constitution. If President Obama has forbidden even the use of the word "jihad" in resisting global jihad, then it is up to the people to demand and enact laws making jihad crimes (crimes under our laws) prosecuted as such and punishable as hate crimes against non-Muslims and outlawing Sharia law principles which oppose our Constitution and Bill of Rights.
