Dear Representative:
Any Muslim working in a U.S. nuclear facility would be expected by the global jihad to sabotage the facility, one way or another. All Muslims are required to support "legal" (under Sharia law) jihad (sanctioned by an Imam as defensive), and the Muslim who refuses risks being murdered, and his/her family being murdered, as apostate from Islam. Since the Disability Act permits discrimination if there is a legitimate work-related reason for the discrimination (e.g., being able to reach above your head as a shelf stacker, which you can't do with a condition that prevents such activity), Muslims should be barred from working in our Nuclear or Nuclear-related facilities on the basis of national security.
