Let's write to Congress (www.congress.org):
Dear Representative:
Domestic violence has been well-studied in the U.S., and several states have laws which fit the dynamics of the DV situation. To combat social jihad, we need to implement these laws equally, giving Muslim men no privilege to abuse their wives, as they have under Sharia law.
One of the ways the global jihad has sought to topple Western society from within, female suppression, has establishing Sharia (law which enforces Islamic principles) as the resulting goal. Codified (in Sharia law) and "legalized" female subjugation/abuse/exploitation appeals to many Western men who are insecure, inadequate, abusers and/or power-craving chauvinists. Ironically, Sharia is also portrayed as "protective" of women by its very limitations upon them, which limits also, in effect, serve to make women responsible for the crimes committed against them. Thus, Sharia is presented as appealing to both men and unsuspecting women.
If legislation does not curb case law in this area on Constitutional grounds (by making laws which basically nullify court precedent on Constitutional grounds - a check and balance of the Legislative Branch), U.S. society could be legally reshaped to conform to Islamic principles. Of course, the global jihad would love to simply replace our Constitution with an Islamic one, but that would be a more direct and obvious move. The more stealth jihad is to come in the back door of societal acceptance and case law. Please pass laws which both nullify pro-Sharia/Sharia-friendly unconstitutional case law and prevent such direction in the future.
Thank you.
