Dear Representative:
I oppose President Obama's actions to turn our governmental agencies into Sharia-compliant socialistic entities opposed to the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights, and I am expecting you, as my representative in Congress, to take action to realign our governmental agencies with the Constitution and Bill of Rights. That is your (as well as the President's) oath of office, to support and defend the Constitution from threats both foreign and domestic.
One of the rights guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights is that of equality under the law. Under Sharia law, Muslims have privileged status and rights not enjoyed by non-Muslims, and women are not equal to men. If you disagree, please read the definitive book of Sharia, Reliance of the Traveller (sic) (http://www.shafiifiqh.com/maktabah/relianceoftraveller.pdf) (http://www.amazon.com/Reliance-Traveller-Classic-Islamic-Al-Salik/dp/0915957728). President Obama is attempting to conform our governmental agencies to Sharia law, which enforces Islamic principles on Muslims and non-Muslims alike. For example, the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (http://housedocs.house.gov/energycommerce/ppacacon.pdf), even as amended by Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010, requires States to provide for health insurance, makes carrying minimal health insurance mandatory under financial penalty, and makes such penalty enforceable by the IRS, but the Act excludes Muslims as members of an exempt religious sect (See Sections 1311(d)(4)(H), 1411(b)(5)(A), and 1402(g) of the Act). In effect, this Act imposes financial penalties which can potentially be imposed by such legal action by the IRS as garnishment, confiscation and sale of property, and foreclosure . . . except for Muslims as they are exempt. In effect, this Act also paves the way for Muslim health care to be paid for by those who pay into the system via mandated health insurance. Under Sharia law, such free health care at the expense of non-Muslims would be considered jizya (tribute paid by non-Muslims).
Please repeal President Obama's Sharia-compliant, socialistic health care law, and shame on those who allowed it to become law. If you did not before, please read the Act now.
