Congress Vote Out Free Speech?

Let's write to Congress (www.congress.org)!

Dear Representative:

In the United States votes are electronically counted by SOE Software.  SOE was recently bought out by SCYTL, a company in Spain funded by Mr. Soros via Balderton Capital Investment, and run by a board of directors with ties to Goldman Sachs and a task force under Tony Blair.  Therefore, United States election and congressional votes are counted by a foreign corporation with vested interests in the outcomes.

Recently, President Obama signed into law HR 347, Federal Restricted Buildings and Grounds Improvement Act of 2011 (http://thomas.loc.gov/home/LegislativeData.php?&n=BillText) which restricts, via vague references to disruption, obstruction, etc., free speech at the sole discretion of the Secret Service and the President.  The question is, did Congress actually vote in such a blatantly unconstitutional law, or did Soros' company "count" such a vote into law?  Or, is Congress really so complicit in President Obama's insidious and incremental consolidation of presidential power?  Is Congress complicit in allowing President Obama to phase out Congress and take on the power of king of the United States?  Does Congress have the will to conduct an informal vote count to determine if HR 347 actually did pass the House and the Senate?  Or, has Congress surrendered the will of the people to a presidential dictatorship?  I want to know what you are going to do about the situation.
