Jihad Prevention Act

Let's write to Congress!  (www.contactingthecongress.org)

In 2008, a far-sighted Congressman introduced a Bill H.R. 6975, the Jihad Prevention Act (See http://www.opencongress.org/bill/110-h6975/show).  The Act requires that the advocating of the installation of Shariah law in the United States revokes admission into the United States, revokes visas, and revokes naturalization.  The Act was introduced, sent to the House Committee on the Judiciary, and was never heard of again.  How many jihad attacks would this Act have prevented so far?  The Boston bombing?  The Act needs to be revived and strengthened, not allowing discretion by Obama's Department of Homeland Security in its enforcement which is compromised by its unconstitutional (favoring one religion) "Muslim outreach."  We the People need to rise up and DEMAND that Congress live up to their oaths of office to "PRESERVE, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."  [Emphasis added]  Introducing a Bill is NOT enough, they must pass it to make a difference.

Dear Representative of We the People:

In 2008, H.R. 6975, the Jihad Prevention Act ( http://www.opencongress.org/bill/110-h6975/show) was sent to the House Committee on the Judiciary.  Its passage would have partially thwarted the stated goal of the Muslim Brotherhood's global jihad of enforcing Shariah law worldwide, at least in the United States. It could have prevented jihad attacks like the Boston bombing (Shariah law sanctions such jihad attacks against non-Muslims, http://www.shafiifiqh.com/maktabah/relianceoftraveller.pdf).  Instead, it was dropped and now even illegal aliens may be given amnesty no matter what their intentions in this country.  Therefore, I am expecting you to live up to your oath of office to "PRESERVE, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States"  [Emphasis added] and revive this Bill and strengthen it by not giving the Department of Homeland any discretion in its enforcement as DHS is compromised by its unconstitutional Muslim outreach.  Introducing or initially supporting this Bill is NOT enough, making sure this Bill becomes law is expected and appreciated.
