President Obama signed the United Nation's Small Arms treaty (http://www.un.org/disarmament/convarms/SALW/), which would have heavily regulated/banned the import and export of ALL small firearms if it had been ratified by the Senate.  The United Nations' Small Arms Treaty would supersede our Constitution, implement an international gun registry of ALL private guns and ammunition, and be enforced by the United Nations.  Keep in mind the United Nations is controlled  by the largest voting block of 57 Muslim nations (includes the PLO) of the OIC (Organization of Islamic Cooperation).  The OIC professes the goal of worldwide enforcement of Shariah law.  However, because of public outcry, the Senate passed (only 53 to 46 votes) Amendment 139 to the budget which prevented ratification of the Small Arms Treaty at that time.

However, the threat of the United Nations Small Arms Treaty has once again risen up.  This time, Secretary of State John Kerry has declared HE would sign the Treaty.  Such a move in itself is a bypass of the Constitution as the Constitution only allows the President to sign treaties, not a presidential czar.

Hitler and his czars also implemented heavy gun regulations and a gun registry right before their gun confiscation and take over of Germany.  Similarly, the United Nation's Small Arms Treaty is a step towards nullifying the Second Amendment and paving the way for Presidential tyranny and/or the international rule of law of a New World Order/global jihad.  That is, if the Senate ratifies it.  Yet, the Senate does NOT have the power to merely vote away an Amendment to the Constitution as there is an entire Amendment process.  They are, however, once again being asked to do just that by the Obama Administration.  We the People need to rise up once again and DEMAND that Congress
comply with the supreme law of the land, the Constitution of the United States which includes all Amendments.

Let's write to Congress!  (www.contactingthecongress.org)http://letswritetocongress.blogspot.com/

Dear Representative of We the People:

The Second Amendment states:

"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."

Article V of the Constitution says:

"The Congress, whenever two thirds of both Houses shall deem it necessary, shall propose Amendments to this Constitution, or, on the Application of the Legislatures of two thirds of the several States, shall call a Convention for proposing Amendments, which, in either Case, shall be valid to all Intents and Purposes, as Part of this Constitution, when ratified by the Legislatures of three fourths of the several States, or by Conventions in three fourths thereof, as the one or the other Mode of Ratification may be proposed by the Congress; Provided that no Amendment which may be made prior to the Year One thousand eight hundred and eight shall in any Manner affect the first and fourth Clauses in the Ninth Section of the first Article; and that no State, without its Consent, shall be deprived of its equal Suffrage in the Senate."

I remind you that the Constitution, including all Amendments, is the supreme law of the land.  A president cannot legally nullify the Constitution via Executive Order, nor can the Senate merely vote away the Constitution.  President Obama, having tried and failed, would have his Secretary of State John Kerry sign the United Nations' Small Arms Treaty.  Firstly, the Constitution only authorizes the President to sign treaties, not the Secretary of State.  Secondly, the Small Arms Treaty would, in effect, nullify the Second Amendment rights of United States' citizens and give the United Nations jurisdiction.  Measures such as this Treaty and those requiring gun registration and restriction have historically been taken before disarming the citizenry for military conquest, Hitler did as much.

As a Representative of We the People you do NOT have the right to ratify a treaty which opposes the guarantees of the Constitution, nor do you have the right to merely vote away the Second Amendment.  You are responsible to represent and protect the rights guaranteed by the Constitution.  Your oath of office requires you to "PRESERVE, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States" (Emphasis added).  As a citizen I expect you to live up to your oath of office and vote against any measure which would, outright or in effect, nullify the Second Amendment rights of citizens of the United States.  If citizens must sue to strike down unconstitutional Executive Orders, laws and treaties, your action or inaction will not necessarily be overlooked.  At this time of New World Order Socialism/Communism and global jihad we need courageous leaders who will fight for our God-given rights, not greedy cowards who will sell us out.  Legislate against the Small Arms Treaty and ALL international treaties which conflict with the Constitution of the United States.
