Did
you wonder why the Occupy Wall Street protesters were allowed to
blatantly and endlessly vandalize and hurt people and commit crimes in a
media circus? What political purpose did it further? Was it a red
flag event? Occupy Wall Street became the rationalization for a piece
of Constitution-limiting legislation. The House and Senate voted in
and the President signed into law the Federal Restricted Buildings and
Ground Improvement Act of 2011, and a federal appeals court just upheld it (See http://www.govtrack.us/congress/bills/112/hr347#citations).
This Act lets the government arbitrarily set up
"No Demonstration Zones" around political figures and social events
(even loosely) connected with the broad national security interest
label. The Act makes political free speech in such zones a felony. The
Act restricts free speech and the exercise of free speech to "Free
Speech Zones," typically in cages set up city blocks from and out of
sight of the action (See http://christiannews.net/2012/08/03/federal-appeals-court-upholds-government-established-free-speech-free-zones/).
Just one more step in President Obama's "fundamental change" into
Shariah-compliant Socialism. Are We the People really going to stand
for this? Are We going to remain silent?
Let's write to Congress! (http://contactingthecongress.org/)
Dear Representative of We the People:
It
has come to my attention that the Occupy Wall Street demonstrations
were the rationalization for passing the Federal Restricted Buildings
and Ground Improvement Act of 2011. This Act limits the exercise of
free speech to government-dictated "Free Speech Zones" and gives the
government arbitrary authority to set up "No Demonstration Zones" around
public officials and all things arbitrarily given the label national
security. The Act unconstitutionally nullifies the First Amendment
guarantee of free speech and the exercise thereof. This Act should
never have been considered by public officials like yourself, whose very
oath of office is to "Preserve, protect, and defend
the Constitution of the United States." In voting for this Act you
have broken your oath of office and shown yourself to be complicit in
President Obama's Shariah-compliant (Shariah law forbids free speech),
Socialist (Socialism gives government total control) agenda. What is
expected of you now, while you are still in office, is to repeal this
Act, all others like it, and restore the Constitution as the supreme law
of the land! Your action in this matter is expected and appreciated
and We the People are watching.
