Every state in the Union
needs state law which would prohibit the ENFORCEMENT of any foreign law,
like Sharia law, when it would deprive people of their
constitutionally-protected rights! Every state needs a version of the
American Freedom Law Center's legislation entitled American Law for
American Courts. (See http://www.americanfreedomlawcenter.org/?s=american+law+for+american+courts) For example, Washington State is currently voting on SB 6118 (See http://apps.leg.wa.gov/documents/billdocs/2013-14/Pdf/Bills/Senate%20Bills/6118.pdf). All
those who are able to speak up for our Constitution, please do! Call
and/or email your State Senators and Representatives and demand
protection against foreign, unconstitutional law and ENSURE enforcement of the Constitution.

Dear Representatives of We the People:

Dear Representatives of We the People:
Your
oath of office binds you to "preserve, protect and defend the United
States Constitution" in a time wherein our Constitution (and the
God-given rights it guarantees) is under threat by global forces and
federal over-reach. There are two global movements in particular which
threaten to subvert our Constitution, the New World Order/United
Nations' Agenda 21 and the global jihad. There is also the Obama
Administration's efforts to fundamentally change our country into a
Socialist/Communist international entity.
Regardless
of the President's actions and the Supreme Court's rulings on the
constitutionality of specific laws (or aspects of laws) and court
decisions, it is the responsibility of the STATES to safeguard the
rights of We the People guaranteed by the Constitution. Therefore, I am
asking, neigh demanding that you live up to your oath of office and
preserve, protect and defend the United States Constitution by actually PASSING a state version of American Law for American Courts. (See http://www.americanfreedomlawcenter.org/?s=american+law+for+american+courts) which would prohibit the enforcement of any foreign law when it would deny constitutionally-protected rights.
To
the rash argument that we do not need this law, I say this: The law
speaks to the ENFORCEMENT of the Constitution (both Federal and
State). The President, according
to the Constitution, is supposed to enforce U.S. law and yet President
Obama and his Administration are using executive power to enforce
Executive Orders instead. We DO need this law! Thank you.
